- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any component of the Services.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.
8. Paid Services, Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features or Services may be offered for a fee. If you purchase a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes;
- Subscription fees will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date;
- Pricing may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our refund policy as detailed in the Service purchase interface.

- ZendApps and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- ZendApps’ total liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to ZendApps in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZendApps and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

- Your User Content.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
